The newest Recreational Area for Harnett County and the Town of Erwin will be the highly anticipated Cape Fear River Trail which will be located in the Town of Erwin on the banks of the Cape Fear River. This park will be operated as a joint effort by Harnett County Parks & Recreation and Town of Erwin Recreation Department.
