The Town of Erwin has a Council-Manager form of government. The Town Manager is the chief administrative officer for the Town and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Town and the implementation of the policies and procedures established by the Board of Commissioners. The Town Manager is appointed by and reports to the Board of Commissioners.
